His life as a radio presenter begun in Koforidua where he also emceed several events including Diva’s Ball 2013, Shatta Wale Live in Concert and Sarkodie’s Rapperholic Concert.
After a year of taking up a new challenge as host of the nation’s finest urban entertainment and lifestyle morning radio show, Daybreak Hitz on Hitz 103.9FM, KMJ is set to return to the Eastern Regional Capital as the emcee of the 2nd edition of Koforidua Technical University Student Representative Council (KTU SRC) Awards.
The event organized by Lumen Entertainment is slated for March 25, 2017 at Bedtime Hotel, Koforidua.
Aimed at recognizing the efforts of students of the Koforidua Technical University as well as promoting healthy competition and empowering them to share the best with society, the event is expected to attract a lot of students from all tertiary institutions across the country following its success during the maiden edition.
“THIS IS WHERE IT ALL BEGAN FOR ME. IT’S MORE LIKE BACK TO MY ROOT. IT’S GOING TO BE AN UNFORGETTABLE NIGHT WHERE DESERVING STUDENTS WILL BE CELEBRATED AND AWARDED AND I LOOK FORWARD TO IT. STUDENTS SHOULD EXPECT LOTS OF FUN WITH ME AS THE HOST. NO DULLING MOMENTS AND I SIMPLY CAN’T WAIT TO BE THERE,” THE ‘CLASSIC MAN’ AS HE IS AFFECTIONATELY CALLED STATED.
Aside emceeing events in Koforidua, KMJ hosted Kidz Choice Awards 2016, Technology Executive Conference Innovate 2016 and Miss Ghana 2015 Red Carpet. He was also the announcer at the 2015 Ghana DJ Awards, all in Accra.
Artistes billed to perform at the KTU SRC Awards include Ebony Reigns, Article Wan and Lord Paper.
