The woman who designed Ghana’s national flag, Theodosia Okoh, has died. She was 92. A family source pleading anonymity confirmed the death on Sunday evening. The Police have suggested that Francis Thomas Anderson, a 29-year-old Graphic Designer with E-volution International, was killed by armed robbers Tuesday because he resisted them.
