Ghana music industry is fast growing yearly with lots of amazing emerging talents, and for fact I can say Dj Young is one great talent I have in contact with.
In an interview with Africanhitz.com Dj young made its clear to us that most Ghanaian artists are not creative and versital when it come to creating good music.
He said most artist rush in putting out music which he personally think it’s just a total waste of time,cos in a “rush” creative Will be limited as well as the quality of the song.Dj young listed some points he thinks makes him stands tall among most Ghanaian artist which are to list a few…
*his time to write and create his music and both professional and non professional music critic who listens to his songs well before it comes out.
*The storyline of his song and lyrical content when comes to creating songs
*His branding,stage craft and uniqueness that always gets his fans asking for more when he mounts the stage every time plus his dancing moves.
Dj young who happens to be an Afrobeat/Hiplife Artiste sings and rap originally in his mother tongue,which is “Ga” but told Africanhitz.com that his versatility in his music makes him and his music unique.
Dj young says he started professionally music in 2010, has lots of hit songs to his credit.some of which are the popular “Angua mu”(Oil Rice) which is locally loved by many Ghanaians,”Loveovermoney” and “Twerky” to name a few.
Dj young says he’s currently in the studio working on some collaboration with some Top artist in the country and outside but not ready to disclose who these art are,as well as working on his new video which will be dropping anytime soon.
