Ghanian Dancehall 'powerbank' Episode has been nominated in the most promising act category for the African Youth Choice Awards for the year 2015 .The AYCA formally the PNA's (The Ping Nigeria All Youth Awards) is a Pan African Youth Awarding body which seems to reward deserving African Youth and also set to celebrate the African continent on a global stage .The scheme has been created in order to bring on an entirely new package to the entertainment scene.
This year, its focus is on over 20 African participating countries from the South,north,east and West and Central Africa . some other categories being contested are in music ,sports, fashion, arts,ICT,advocacy ,social and personal lifestyle and others.
Episode is one of fastest rising talents within the reggae dancehall genre in Ghana .He was nominated for the New artist of the year and reggae dancehall artist of the year categories at the just gone by Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.
He is keenly contesting for this crown alongside other Ghanaian acts like Koo Ntakra ,Yung Pabi, Hotsource, Kwamz & Flava. The link to the voting process will be out soon..This came days after he premiered the video for his hit song "avatar" . The video can be viewed in full on this link.
The event saw the likes of Ghana’s very own female singer Efya and others as winners on the night, too.
