It may come with features like Exynos 7420 processor, Android 5.0 Lollipop, 1440 x 2560 pixels, 20MP main camera and 5MP front snapper, and 32GB of internal memory and 3GB RAM, according to AnTuTu benchmark as reported by Chinese website CNMO (via Phone Arena) It is likely to come with a 5.5-inch screen.
2. iPhone 7: The device is expected to be announced in the third quarter of 2015. It is likely to have several feature upgrades over its predecessor, the iPhone 6, like A9 processor, 14MP main camera and 4MP front snapper, screen protected by sapphire crystal glass, chassis made of liquid metal and 2GB RAM.
3. HTC One (M9): It is expected to be unveiled on 1 March at the upcoming Mobile World Congress 2015 (MWC 2015) in Barcelona. Samsung Galaxy Note 5: Expected to be unveiled in the second half of 2015, the Galaxy Note 4 successor may come with features like a 5.9-inch display with 4K screen display and Ultra HD screen resolution, Exynos 7420 processor, 16GB to 128GB internal memory with microSD card up to 128GB, and 18MP main camera and 6 or 7MP front snapper, according to 4K website.
5. Sony Xperia Z4: The Japanese technology giant is expected to announce the Xperia Z3 successor at the MWC 2015 to be held between 2 and 5 March, 2015. However, iKnow Today claimed that the device would sport a 5.5-inch or 5.9-inch display with 2/4K screen resolution, powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 or 810 processor and house a 3500 mAH battery.
7. Microsoft Lumia 940 aka Lumia McLaren: Microsoft's upcoming flagship smartphone is expected to be much more superior to its predecessor, the Lumia 930. According to Phone Arena, Microsoft's next-generation smartphone may sport a 5-inch full-HD (1920x1080) screen protected by Gorilla Glass 4, powered by Snapdragon 805 processor clocking at 2.7GHz, and run on Windows Phone 10. It added that the device will come packed with 32/64 or 128GB storage and 3GB RAM, and 24MP PureView camera and 5MP front snapper.
