A 22-year-old lady, Francisca Oteng-Mensah, has won the New Patriotic Party (NPP) parliamentary primary held on saturday 13th June, 2015 in the Kwabre East Constituency in the Ashanti Region.
Ms Oteng-Mensah beat the incumbent MP for the constituency, Hon.Kofi Frempong.
She is a second-year law student at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), as she said
